The hotel is located on a beautiful treed street in a very nice neighborhood, close to various Embassies and famous sightseeing places. The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is satisfying and the rooftop bar offers a tranquil respite. The hotel facilities, like the spa, are excellent and not too crowded.
One day, the room cleaning was delayed until the afternoon.

Staff was helpful and we liked our stay. Really marble bathroom. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Peppone Ristorante that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The relaxation room provided as part of the spa facilities was superb and an added bonus - maybe the Hotel could promote this a little more. At times the Hotel, especially the bar area and restaurant, was a little too quiet. Overall however the stay was a wonderful experience with great staff and a fantastic breakfast service. Without a moment's hesitation we would definitely make the Via Veneto our first choice to stay should be return to Rome in the future.
The Hotel restaurant menu changed during the stay and we felt the new one was more restrictive. It would also have been nice to have Magnolia (the breakfast restaurant) open in the evening as it is in a wonderful setting. However these were very minor complaints and there are also huge numbers of street restaurants and bars nearby.

The location was good; the staff was always attentive and helpfull; the breakfast was very good ; bathrooms were excellent;
The bedrooms are small considering the category of the hotel ; The closets are open and too small, practically not existant; The restaurant is weard, with very strange manu , and high price; and off course the elevators are small ; but I know we are in Italy ; high price real estate.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, in a beautiful treed street in a very nice neighborhood and close to famous sightseeing places. The staff was really helpful and friendly, and they even arranged a private tour guide for us. The hotel facilities were great with comfortable and really warm rooms, especially in the chilly weather. We also loved the quality of the food served here.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

First operated by Jumeirah Group and I am familiar to the standard, friendly staff and nice shopping area.
Nothing really, maybe the check out time can be improved by 2 hours.

We liked the location, close to the subway, near Villa Borghese, as we rested at Jumeirah in Dubai, and we really enjoyed, we decided to choose the same hotel network in Rome. Service was excellent, as we had come from Russia, the existence of the state of the Russian-speaking staff was very useful: Olga two girls at the reception helped us a lot. The room was clean and comfortable, clean it very good quality daily. Hammam, sauna and a small swimming pool in the SPA have been great after the saturated excursions days. Loved the breakfasts: fresh orange juice, fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, meat, eggs, everything was delicious.
Nothing bad to say I can not

Spent Xmas at a five-star hotel that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of delicious options. Plus, the hotel offered free shuttle service to the airport which was a lifesaver! Location was ideal, right near the main shopping district and surrounded by picturesque streets.
The temperature in the room was a bit too warm, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. the wifi connection was weak and kept cutting off, which was frustrating when trying to plan our sightseeing itinerary.

The hotel location within reachable distance from major attraction and in a luxurious area.
The room size and furniture is not up to the standards of a five star hotel. Very ordinary room. No coffee& tea facilities in the room. The Hotel is overpriced compared to the room quality

Comfort, service, food exceptional, spotless. Amenities - Spa and Gym are superb. Spa prices are reasonable. Hotel made a mistake with my reservation. Lady at the reception was very apologetic and gave me an upgrade. Issue was cleared asap.
Tv system is very slow and not-user friendly. Does not delivers the language options for the channels as it states on the screen No iron in the room. It costs 28 euro to iron 3 teashirts.

Excellent hotel and staff who could not do enough for you including getting us in to resturents that were full!! The hotel and all facilities were pristine and the initial welcome and check in the best I have ever experienced. Nothing too much trouble and all requests met. Staff friendly but not subservient and seemed dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. Cleaning staff never seen as hotel policy seemed to be that they avoided guests at all times yet ensured the highest cleaning standards and room preparation I have ever experienced. A genuine well done to all we will return. Syd @Patti 23/4/2012
